The platform, in detail.

Logos show examples of methods available through Payinfy and belong to their owners. Availability depends on the market, the direction (pay-in or pay-out) and onboarding review. Ask us for the corridor list.

Settlement on the rail's own clock.

Each corridor settles T+n, or INSTANT where the rail itself is real-time. Stablecoin settlement in USDT or USDC runs against the same balance.

Bank and local push payments carry no chargeback rail. That is how they clear, not a policy we set.

The orchestration layer.

What runs behind the one integration today. Everything in this section is live on the platform; the rest sits in the roadmap, labelled.

Rule-based routing

Pay-ins are routed across your provider accounts by configured rules, round robin or percentage split.

Settlement engine

Collected pay-ins are calculated into your settlement balance every 30 minutes, and settlements and withdrawals are recorded in the console.

Webhook engine

Pay-in and pay-out results are posted to your webhook URL and retried up to three more times; signing is built but not yet live.

Dashboard analytics

Console dashboards show totals, success and failure rates, balances and last-hour reports.

Provider management

Operators add, edit, activate and set limits on provider connectors and accounts from the backoffice.

Merchant console

Merchants see pay-ins, pay-outs, settlements, API keys, webhooks and IP allow-list settings in one console.

Admin backoffice

Operators run merchants, transactions, pay-outs, settlements, providers and risk rules from the backoffice.

Security, stated plainly.

The controls running on the platform today. We list what we can show you, and no certificate we do not hold.

API keys

Each merchant gets an API key and an encryption key; the API key can be reset from the console.

Two-factor sign-in

Merchants can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app or an emailed code.

Roles and permissions

Backoffice users get roles and permissions, and merchants can add sub-users with their own permissions.

IP allow-listing

Merchants can restrict API calls to their own server addresses.

Risk controls

Block lists for email, UPI ID and user, with per-transaction and daily amount limits per account.

What we will not claim

Rates on a web page
Pricing is quoted per corridor, after we have looked at your flows.
Approval-uplift figures
No provider can promise them honestly, so we do not quote them.
Roadmap as product
Anything not live is labelled as roadmap, as it is on this page.

Questions buyers ask first.

Which markets do the local rails cover?

Twenty markets and 49 methods across Southeast Asia, South and Central Asia, North and East Asia, Latin America, Africa and Oceania, with pay-in and pay-out in every market. Ask us for the corridor list, which shows both directions for each method.

How fast is settlement?

It is set per corridor: T+n on most rails, INSTANT where the rail itself is real-time. Stablecoin settlement in USDT or USDC runs against the same balance.

Can we pay out where we collect?

Yes. Pay-out runs on the same local rail as pay-in, from the same balance, under the same contract.

How is pricing set?

Per corridor, after we have reviewed your flows. We do not publish rate cards or approval-uplift figures.

How does onboarding start?

With a review of the corridors you need. Services run under a signed agreement once onboarding review is complete, and availability depends on market and direction.
